Choose thin insulation increase (0.08mm-0.11mm) or thick one (0.12mm-0.16mm) according to requirements of different electric insulation, and thickness of epoxy is about 0.03mm-0.05mm of thermal enameled rectangular wires.We use medium wearing instument to enamel which makes solidify of increase nearly perfect.Please connect us if there is special requirement of increase.
