Enameled rectangular wire is a type of winding wire made by oxygen-free copper strip or electric round aluminum strip drew or rolled by certain dimension moudle and then enameled for many times. It is mainly used for transformer, electmotor, generator and other electric devices.

Soft copper rectangular wires used for enameled rectangular applies for GB/T5584.2-85 and the resistivity is no nore than 0.01724¦¸. Mm2/m in tempreture of 20. Suggested strength proof (RP0.2)as following according to different machine strength:

C3 RP0.2>220_260N/mm2

Choose thin insulation increase (0.08mm-0.11mm) or thick one (0.12mm-0.16mm) according to requirements of different electric insulation, and thickness of epoxy is about 0.03mm-0.05mm of thermal enameled rectangular wires.
